Update and Refresh the PEcAn Docker Architecture Documentation #3268

The current documentation for the PEcAn Docker architecture appears to be outdated and requires several updates to reflect the recent changes in the system. link: https://github.com/PecanProject/pecan/blob/develop/book_source/03_topical_pages/94_docker/03_architecture.Rmd

Example: Minos and Thredds have been removed from the compose file but the doc still explains about them, also need to upgrade the URL links to the respective containers as there are changes made to Traefik too. As you go on through the file you can make changes accordingly.

Information for those wanting to make changes

Having a basic knowledge of Docker Architecture is more than enough to work on this issue.
