PEcAn.allometry vignette #446

Rough draft exists demonstrating how to download and use this module in 'stand alone' mode, needs to be cleaned up and migrated into the package. Would also be nice to link the webpage and/or wiki to the run Rmd vignettes (i.e. with figures and tables). For all vignettes, we should post them when they're running (webpage news, twitter, etc) and let @lwasser at NEON know since she's looking to highlight reusable 'big data' tools

hey thanks Mike! sounds great. I will have to take some time to go through this to better understand it. But yes, very happy to highlight this work! our site is here: http://neondataskills.org/ (it's a git site as well). i'd love to build out a section on modeling referencing work being done in the community and if it was of interest, i could build a page with a custom "pecan" banner like the one below (but imagine a banner that's your banner)
