Multiple site selection on the web interface #844

When we are able to do a run at multiple sites at once, it would be cool to have a "shopping cart" of sites that could be turned into a custom site network. Idea from @mdietze

an example that selects an area from Google maps (I think it was mentioned in the meeting) to extract data https://dataguru.lu.se/app (e.g. precipitation --> CRU --> select on a map)
