List of difference:

RSA generateKey. Function doesn't use hash algorithm.
generated keys have got keyUsages instead of usages
generated keys have got empty key usages
RSA sign/verify. Function uses hash algorithm.
exportKey/importKey jwk fromat
- uses ArrayBuffer for key data
- JWK has extractable attribute instead of ext
- JWK doesn't have alg attribute
- JWK doesn't have key_ops
