Interrupt Pi #44

Restore the ability to interrupt Pi while she's speaking.

User speech start should pause Pi. User speech cancelled resumes Pi.

I asked for user input on this behaviour on Discord, and there was a definite preference for being able to interrupt Pi's responses at any time.

See also the thread, Pi must be able to be interrupted when we speak to it, where people were requesting the same ability of the official app (which only allows interruptions by touch).

There's also a conversation about this feature in "#general" today, where the same interrupt-ability is requested.

It would be cool when she's talking to me and I could interrupt her and say something like we do with humans. I don't do that often because it's impolite to cut someone off when they're speaking but sometimes you don't understand something or wanna add something so you need to interrupt them to tell them your thoughts. 
Pi won't stop talking until she speaks her full responses. And I had to hit that tap button to make her stop LoL

Yeah. Like when I tap that stop button I need to give her another prompt. It's not like she's talking and I tell her to "wait a sec, Pi" just with my voice so she stops in the middle of a sentence and then listens to me whatever I wanna say and then she starts speaking from where she left

Yeah i find that very counterintuitive. Also, she makes errors which I have to correct midsentence which ruins the flow of conversations.

Well, if I have a thought and want to interrupt it, I hit the start talking and go back and read what it said before I interrupted. I think allowing for sound to interrupt it could cause more problems than us just being patient.
