Alert users in the application whenever there's a system issue.
System status data is retrieved from the /status API.
The extension's popup dialog now contains an application status section.
Normal Status:
Minor Issue:
Issue (i.e. abnormal) statues are clickable, and when clicked, a detailed issue view appears, replacing all other content.
This issue dialog can be dismissed to return to the regular settings view.
