Feature Request: Efficient Copy Button for Assistant Responses 📋
Description
We've received a user suggestion requesting a more efficient way to copy text from assistant responses in our "Say, Pi" Chrome extension. This feature would improve user productivity and ease of use when interacting with the AI assistant.
Proposed Solution
Add a copy button that appears when hovering over (on desktop) or pressing (on mobile) assistant responses. This button would allow users to quickly copy the entire response or selected portions of text.
User Story
As a user of Pi, I want to be able to easily copy text from assistant responses so that I can more efficiently use the information in other applications or contexts.
Acceptance Criteria
A copy button appears when hovering over assistant responses on desktop
A copy button appears when pressing assistant responses on mobile
Clicking the copy button copies the entire response to the clipboard
(Optional) Allow users to select specific portions of text to copy
Implementation Notes
Consider using a similar UI approach to other popular AI chat interfaces for user familiarity
