Remove bank with current pedalboard will be crash when restarts application #17

  1. Create a bank 1
  2. Create a bank 2
  3. Set the current pedalboard to bank 2.empty pedalboard
  4. Delete bank 1
  5. Restart application

The application will don't be restarted
