Sets the correct parameter when using the Collision Free Speed Model v2.
Additionally add some tests for the other models to validate that the setting of parameters works as expected.

Once https://github.com/PedestrianDynamics/jupedsim/commit/121b1091dd6b103629fe0d16fc990ceb7a34b250 is cherry picked on rls-1.2 we can close this issue
