Follow-Up: make new Skills and FSM work with the Interaction System

What?

This is a follow-up of #64. The new FSM should be updated so that the Interaction System works nicely with the new Skills. In particular:

• While targeting, we want interactions with objects to erase existing targets.
• While casting/channeling, we want interactions with objects to abort the skill.
