RexCord's wiki page should explain, in detail, how RexCord's development process goes (how to add new commands, how to add new features, how to build and publish code to our repo, etc)

Hi, please work on one issue at a time. We're glad you're showing interest in our project but we need to leave some issues for other contributors :)
