feat: masonry flashlist support #353

Description

Adds masonry flashlist support to the library.

Bonus: updates @shopify/flash-list to latest

Unfortunately though the issue https://github.com/PedroBern/react-native-collapsible-tab-view/issues/335 is the same with MasonryFlashList.

also unsure why it added so many files that I didn't touch - update: ingore, this is fixed on 9e9cea7
