Multi-stage header collapse

Hi, I need my header to collapse in two stages but not sure if it's possible.

• When scrolling down the list the header should hide completely.
• While scrolling back up only the bottom half of the header should show
• When the list reaches the very top then the full header should show again.

Any ideas how to achieve this? Thank you!
