USER STORY: Add to the cart

[x] Create the javascript folder and file and add the the javascript link to main.html
[x] Add event handlers to the cart functionality
[x] Create the logic to change the backend behavior of the add to cart button depending on whether the user is logged in or not
[x] Create the view and the url path to send the add to cart button data to the view if the user is logged in
[x] Create the function that gets triggered if the user is logged in to send a POST request to the updateItem view
[x] Create a CSRF token to send POST requests to the updateItem view
[x] Create the logic for the updateItem view
[x] Add the cart total to the cart icon on the navbar as items are added and removed
