USER STORY: Add logic to the form on the checkout page to define what data is sent to the backend and how it's sent #18

As a developer, I can hide the user fields when the user is logged in so that I can prevent the logged in user from seeing them; and I can hide the shipping form altogether if the items don't need shipping so the user can go straight to the payment options

[x] Hide the form or the user fields on the checkout page depending on who's logged in and the items on the cart
[x] Get the form data and send it to the backend along with the user and shipping information so the order can be processed
