As a user, I can log into the website so that I can start adding products to my cart, check out and pay for my order

[x] Create the signup.html template
[x] Create the login function in views.py
[x] Create the path for logging in in urls.py
[x] Create the login form and style it with bootstrap
[x] Add {% if user.is_authenticated %} to check if the user is logged in to set the navbar links depending on him/her being logged in or not
