[x] Add the PayPal buttons to the checkout page
[x] Style the PayPal buttons
[x] Hide the PayPal CREDIT option
[x] Set up a PayPal Sandbox account to test payments
[x] Test the Paypal buttons
[x] Set the price to represent the actual cart total
[x] Take the submitFormData function used to trigger on make-payment click and add it inside the on approve method to hold off the order processing until the user makes the payment
