USER STORY: Create guest checkout functionality

[ ] Create a function to search for and parse a cookie called cart that is stored in the browser and, if it cannot be found, create and set one
[ ] Create the logic to allow logged out users to add items to and remove items from the cart
[ ] Retrieve the browser's cart values in views.py
[ ] Set/render out the cart total on the navbar
[ ] Get/set the cart price total in views.py
[ ] Build out the items in the cart by creating a database queryset
