Lost compatibility with R3.1 #4

Hi

We are trying to install the latest release in R 3.1 as indicated in the README file - but we get the error that 3.2 is needed. Is the doc outdated or should it still work?

Hi Michael,

You are right about this, something has gone wrong unfortunately. I uploaded the version of CopywriteR that can be installed from R 3.1 to GitHub. Of note, you cannot use the BioconductoR installation procedure so please follow these guidelines: https://github.com/PeeperLab/CopywriteR#installation-not-via-bioconductor I hope that works all fine for you.

Great! It works now with the 2.0.6, and it's a good thing that 3.1 is still supported :+1:
