Mismatch between T1 and T2 files #72

Describe the bug The BIDsApp is using the last T1 mask as template for all T2 images. This is not the intended behavior in case of several T1/T2 images ( longitudinal studies).

Expected behavior T1 and T2 bids entities should match (same session, same subject, ect..)

Additional context This is the line.
