lets migrate the functionality from the old UI available on https://peerprotocol.vercel.app/peerapp to the new UI available at https://peerprotocol.vercel.app/peerprotocolapp

Tasks:

[ ] Reading wallet balance [ ] depositing devnet tokens into the protocol account [ ] allowing to lend and withdraw tokens back to owner wallet

all smart contracts on the previous implementation work with @spl-token version 0.2.0, please use latest technology dependencies and lets watch out for errors
