• add some tutorial/hints for new users
• separate chatgpt part from the form (tabs?)
• command form above the variable
• merge variables and secrets into 1 box with separate tabs
• generate with ChatGPT should always be the first choice
• add link to rw-cli-codecollection
• add some presets for fully functional codebundles

Hints for new users were added in the form of plaintext hints and hoverable/clickable hint buttons. ChatGPT-related elements are separated in the UI (not used as default ones, since I haven't started implementing GPT features yet. Resources ordering and merging variables and secrets into 1 box are not valid anymore, I decided to rewrite these UI parts using tabs, we can still go back to the previous layout though. Link to the codecolletion added. I created a separate issue for adding presets, and will add them soon.
