meson: add temporary patch for not detecting gtest in /usr/src #393

Should not look in /usr when bitbake:ing or building with a Yocto generated SDK. We want this fixed in Meson or in Yocto, so put it in recipes-temporary-patches. See Yocto bug report and Meson pr links in bbappend:s for more information.
