[Pelagus] - Allow adding custom assets on any shard regardless of currently selected account #294

The "Add custom asset" functionality only allows the user to add custom assets if the contract address is valid in the currently selected account shard and only shows the message "Invalid contract address" which is not informative. The message should say "This token contract is in a different zone than your currently selected account."
