Remove about me in generated page #340

Great job @iranzo. About me and Projects is a feature of Elegant. We should showcase it. The documentation site also serves as a demo of the theme.

Instead of removing about me and projects, lets change its content. For example, we replace "About me" with "About Elegant" and "My Projects" with Pelican related projects.

Then we will need an article on how to customize the landing page for a personal site. There we can mention how to change title and content of "About me" and "My Projects" section.

What do you think?

Well, what I meant was to 'update' the contents, so yes, idea is to 'update' wherever it's required with relevant content
