API documentation failed to render #30

With the Swagger API docs included in the documentation, the Next.js failed to render static site: https://github.com/PelicanPlatform/docs/actions/runs/9507817480/job/26208003704

@CannonLock OK so I think we fixed part of the issue in https://github.com/PelicanPlatform/pelican/pull/1429 but here's a new bug with the PR deployed. Screenshot 2024-06-20 at 4 49 02 PM
