Explore xarray + Pelican in openvisuspy #32

The openvisuspy repo has an xarray backend. We should look to see if this is a good integration point for PelicanFS

@turetske This repo is one that's developed/maintained by our friends at NSDF. They use openvisus for a variety of data visualization tasks that ingest net CDF using xarray, which is up your alley.
