Sync fota sources : add nxp lpc fota platform directory #121

Fota synced changes:

  1. Added fota/platform/nxp directory for NXP_LPC54628 .
  2. adding changes for error in case need_reboot=false
  3. FOTA: Fix erase size calculation when aligning to last sector
