RFC8323 was released. What's the plan for implementing it?

Hi,

@haosu1987 - the requirement is in our backlog, but it's not roadmapped yet. However, internal reference is IOTCLOUDPR-1224. We will have to analyze and roadmap it, so we can't given an release target yet for that.
