Throw error when there is no notification channel #12

If there's no notification channel set from this app (via startLongPolling or by setting the callbackURL) we should throw an error when you use the API.

By accident my long polling function wasn't called and I saw all kinds of crazy bugs because of that. Started to doubt my sanity.
