Updated targets support, bootloader and all needed nuts and bolts for Pelion DM. The contents of this PR are based on the http://github.com/ARMmbed/pelion-enablement repository. Also I've used this PR successfully with ST DISCO_F413ZH, which previously wasn't supported board.

This looks great! A few questions:

Is the QSPI from 5.11 working? If so, we should update to that as soon as it's release (but we shouldn't delay this PR).
Can you please update/clean/unify the docs? Would be good to introduce a separate doc for developers, which Partners can use as a reference when publishing their app - see https://github.com/ARMmbed/simple-mbed-cloud-client-template-restricted/issues/32 - but can be done after this PR.
