Add support for production mode, based on https://github.com/ARMmbed/simple-mbed-cloud-client/pull/54 done by @micgur01

Note: precedent for https://github.com/ARMmbed/simple-mbed-cloud-client-template-restricted/pull/45

Checked simple-mbed-cloud-client-template-kepco-internal with https://github.com/ARMmbed/simple-mbed-cloud-client/#8da1f708b1c0638ba9d46fa537c332e110bdbd66

passed, registered on Pelion, Update is fine

Still checking the ARMmbed/simple-mbed-cloud-client-template-restricted but this one can be pushed separately
