Thanks for this! Any particular reason to lose the toc? Is a rather large document and that helps with the navigation.

The docs engine will generate a TOC, so we don't need to duplicate it here.

This needs to be copied out to Mbed OS Docs and prepped for the docs site, including header level changes.

Do you plan to have a copy in the docs repo?

Of course. We source docs from the repo where we can keep an eye on them.

Great! I'll accept the patch as it to unblock this and re-add the TOC later.
