This PR replaces the contact forms on projects.html, about.html, & testimonials.html with a Google form. There were a few issues on about.html. The svg closing tags were broken so I reformated them to fix the errors. I also commented out the script at the end because it was commented out on the other pages and was causing the form to not change to the Google form.
