As a developer, I want to create a wiki section and copy over what we can from PelletierConstructionGroup.github.io wiki to get started and save time.

Tasks:

[x] Create wiki on Pelletier github
[x] Transfer already existing Wiki data from NSC Events nextjs
[x] Transfer already existing Wiki data from NSC Events nestjs
