Ids for sections #25

If you give an xmlid to the Parametric Equations section (which is in the file section4-1.mbx), then that id will be used in the html file name, instead of section-16.html. (I am pretty sure that is the way to do it.)

It probably is a good idea to also rename the mbx file, using the xmlid as the stub.

Ok. As I understand your comment, I should go through and add specific id's to each mbx file. I can definitely do that.

It is good for all chapters, sections, and subsections, to have ids.

If is the ids on chapters and sections which are relevant to my comment, because those become separate files in the html.
