Sometimes, radiologists prefer to document quadrant of a finding in a slightly more generic way. The BreastLocationQuadrant ValueSet should include "Inferior (lower)", "Superior (upper)", "Medial (inner)", and "Lateral (outer)".

This is easy to add. Does anyone think it should not be added?

BiRads and ICD-10 all use the 4 quadrants, and do not recognize the upper/lower or inner/outer, so we do not think this should be added.
