What is the intention for ongoing updates to the Recommendations CodeSystem definitions? Many other types of recommendations are made, and these can change over-time as new types of practices are recommended. Will the list be updated? What is expected for values beyond those defined?

The ServiceRecommendations value set is extensible, so additional values can be added to it. Also if ServiceRecommendation does not cover the recommended service, then any generic Fhir Medication Request or Service Request can be added to the "Related Resources Section" of the Composition resource in place of or in addition to a more specific ServiceRecommendation profiled service request.
