Should we expand this code to handle the seperate cases identified above?
Do we need a code in each finding identifying the case, or is it good enough that they be referenced by the report which specifies the case.
Mammogram findings should differentiate between the type of exam that was performed (screening for asymptomatic patients vs. diagnostic for symptomatic or recalled patients). Due to how these exams are performed, diagnostic exams will present a radiologist with greater opportunity to record detailed findings.
