Snapshot tab shows categoryImaging CodeableConcept bound to ObservationCategoryCodes (preferred), however this binding is missing from the Differential tab; ensure consistency between snapsho and diff views. This was found on a number of other profiles, including MRIFinding, NMFinding, etc.

Same issue as #68.

Observation.category is defined and set in the FHIR base. The reason it shows up on the Snapshot but not the Differential is because the snapshot shows the value inherited from the base Observation, while the differential only shows that value if it is changed from the base class. Since this binding was not modified in this profile, it is not shown in the differential.
