Hi JuPing, Can i know The WAN type is DHCP , Static IP or PPPoE ?
Setup is DHCP.
IGE01 Modem configure as DHCP type?
If it has finished initial and set right WAN type , please help open router web GUI , check the dashboard is green or red.
It can help us to know the whole router internet status.
@KahJunC Thanks for the quick diagnostic guide. I will forward this to the field team to gather this data properly. Any other way to capture useful debugging data for you?
Dump log way :
open web GUI , change URL to debug page , press "export"
Can you share us your QuRouter firmware version ? all are latest or different
Thanks for the guides. I will highlight it for the survey team.
In our initial setup workshop, I asked all the participants to accept the firmware upgrade button on first init, hopefully so we would all be working off the same system.
Inexplicably, some found themselves running the Beta firmware and some were running the latest stable firmware. However, this issue is seen on all firmware versions.
Describe the bug When the QMiroPlus devices are plugged into the IGE01 modem, they often fail to establish a network connection to provide Internet. The current workaround is to continuously restart the devices, either IGE01 or QMiroPlus until there is an Internet connection.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior A stable network connection should be established.

Example of successful establishment of WiFi connection, but no Internet.
In this same case the main LED is blue which should indicate availability of Internet.

Additional context Although not logged, the devices seem to get Internet access only if the gateway device is operational first. Though network failure has happened enough times that this is probably not the underlying cause.
