"New game" menu screen #34

This should replace the following voices:

Start main Campaign
Play custom campaign
Speedrun mode

With only a "New game" button, the new menu will contain:

Start Main Campaign
"Nintendo Hard" mode (To be unlocked after the end of the main campaign see issue #32)
"Sudden Death" mode (To be unlocked after the end of "Nintendo hard mode" see issue #33)
Speedrun Mode
Play a single map (See issue #28)
Play Custom Campaign
