Folder access control - maybe some folders should have access control where only certain users can get access to read the contents of the folder. This feature would have to be designed.
This is important if you want Pencil Code to be considered as a serious environment for teaching programming. Students need to be able to submit programs that no one other than the teacher can view / edit and even the student should not be able to get to it until the teacher releases it back to the student. (or moves it a common folder that only the teacher and student can view/edit.
