when moving blocks cursor usually settles on placeholders for entering values, and this gets frustrating on mobiles as keyboard pop's and covers nearly half of screen...
For example, Blockly seems to overcome this. And responsively for small screens they popup separate dialog to enter the value - when needed.. https://blockly-demo.appspot.com/static/demos/toolbox/index.html
