Clock date/time not set by host when clockchip is not present #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. insert nowind in any msx without a clockchip
2. insert dos1 disk
3. turn on msx

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

DOS prompt A> without having to fill in the date/time first.
Instead I must fill in the date/time before I can continue.
