As stated in the title, was able to replicate the issue of Vaicom making a Scripts folder in the root C drive when the kneeboard plugin is enabled.
Saw others with this issue and also saw old forum posts about it. Was able to replicate by turning off kneeboard and deleting the folder and it didn't get recreated, reenabled kneeboard, restarted Vaicom, and it gets created.
