Enable Msg Log Text Resize #58

Allow user to set text output font size for message log.

Basic font size selector + up + down size buttons.

Also enable word wrap so long msg like Marking Moms can be seen on narrower window.

Feature is nice to have where multiple monitors are being used and the VA msg window is far away from primary screen.

Closing this as the Voice Attack message Log is controlled by Voice Attack and font size is a function of that software. Unable to adjust it via a plugin, which is what VaicomPro is. Voice Attack does resize with Windows Scale. Not ideal as it eefects all apps. Make the request of the Voice Attack Devs.
