Add Ability to Add Custom Chatter Audio #81

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is not a problem

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to see the ability to customize the chatter audio using audio provided by the user. There are numerous radio recordings available on the internet and it would be nice to replace the current audio set with new ones. Perhaps consider making it so users can create audio packs and make them available for others to use like a plug-in.

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context I enjoy the current chatter but it's pretty repetitive after years of using it.

Not a bad idea, added to the list of things to look at.

After learning how Chatter works, this will be unachievable without a complete rewrite of the chatter extension. While we can now create more theme packs, a user drop in files system is not possible under the current implementation. I beleive it was done this way to keep latency to a minimum and file size small by having it complied in the main chatter.dll.

Closing this but happy to add more packs if people can supply good airspace recordings.
