No project source license specified

The VIACOM PRO community edition is often described as Open Source (Such as in the README.md) and I believe that is the intention.

However this repository is missing a license file or any details about what license the code is being distributed under so it is technically not Open Source as it stands, it is in a bit of a grey area.

There is an MIT license in the installer sub-folder but nothing top level or elsewhere that I can see.

This lack of clarity can lead to issues down the road or put potential contributors off.

Suggestion:

• Add a top-level license file to the repository
• (Optional) Add the short blurb of whatever license is chosen to the top of each code file.

Applying this after contributions have already been made is itself a bit iffy legally speaking without a CLA but I don't think anyone is going to complain

Yes agreed, we had some discussions about how we would go forward and hence the MIT license in the source. I'll just need to loop back with the collaborators and make sure this will work with the original GPL Hollywood placed on it.
