Support material theme #2

We use material theme and would like to add support for it, see my PR https://github.com/PengBAI/docker-mkdocs/pull/1

Thank you @megastef for the new theme. Could you please add update the README.md to give an example (another yml file example is even better) to show how to configure and use the material theme if you have time. Thank you ! The docker image is also updated.
